John "Herb" Hagan IV
Herb is a 1984 graduate of Northrop University in Inglewood, CA where he obtained his FAA License for Aircraft Airframe/Powerplant Technician. After working Aviation Maintenance in Southern California, he relocated back to Maryland. Working at DynaTherm, Inc., he built environmental control loops for government and civilian satellites, as well as Isothermal Furnace Liners. Later he accepted a position at Genstar Stone Products as a Maintenance Tech, responsible for the Calcium Carbonate Division's production machinery and plant equipment. After resigning from Genstar to become a Machine Assembly Tech at United Container, he learned how to build the United Container Corrugator and Finishing equipment line. Herb was promoted to Field Service/Installation Technician and went on to specialize in the Corrugator equipment line of machinery. In 1999, resigned from United Container and founded HGS, Inc.
